TATri AnnA (in Sanskrit, TATri feeding) is one of the tools that belongs to the TATri Chiktsa, the TATri Natural Health System.
All TATri Psychophysical Tools support and institute the IUTYG - International Union TATri YOGA Gurukul, organization that our SatguruMA has founded and currently presides, all of them being tools based on the TATri Vidya (philosophy of personal life and academic research of our SatguruMA).
It is these same TATri tools that have resignified the lives of thousands of beings around the world. Being able to say it from our own experience, where meeting TATri, our SatguruMAJi, has been a before and an after where all our life has been resigned with Her infinite Presence and blessing.
However Our divine Mother considers "TATri Anna"- Her Conscious Feeding System- as one of Her greatest legacies, along with TATri Kriya Pranayama and TATri Padma Dhyana.
In the Words of our Mataji:
"In TATri I prioritize Food and Philosophy Before the Asanas. Beyond that: asanas are important to TATri as well. However, "Asana" without the "ALL" that sustains its effects, is not functional for "The Internally Lived Reality".
From TATri Anna, Mataji gives us the possibility to take the sacred act involving the choice, preparation and ingestion of food , with CONSCIENCE, in order to nourish The temple of
our spirit, our body.
Being able to understand that the preparation of food, is much more than cooking.
For Mataji the food represents what comes from God and Returns to God always.
Having the blessing of becoming aware of this and being able to be two of her direct devotees that Mataji has given Diksha to represent Her in this regard, is an infinite and UNPRECEDENTED Honor and Blessing, difficult to express in words, they will never be enough to thank ALL that IS and means the Presence of Our SatguruMA in our life.
